We offer the full range of estate planning services including preparation of wills, pour over wills, living trusts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, advance medical directives and all ancillary documents. When a living trust is requested, we do all of the funding (transferring the client's assets into the trust).

Estate & Trust Administration
Estate or Trust Administration occurs after a person has died. We assist the Executor of the will with probate of the will and all steps and procedures necessary for the proper administration of the estate. If there is no will, we assist the client in having an Administrator appointed, if necessary, and with the proper administration of the estate. If a trust is involved, we assist the client in the proper administration of the trust.
Family Law
We offer a limited range of family or domestic services including premarital agreements, martial settlement agreements, uncontested divorces, step parent adoptions and private placement adoptions.
If you have a spouse, child or other family member with mental and or physical disabilities, you may need to be appointed Guardian and Conservator for that person. Once appointed, a Guardian has custody of the disabled person and has the responsibility for his/her health care. A Conservator has control of the disabled person's money and other assets and has a duty to spend the money for that person's best interests. A Guardian and Conservator is entitled to be paid a reasonable fee for his/her services. We provide complete Guardian and Conservator services.
