Estate Planning

We offer the full range of estate planning services including preparation of wills, pour over wills, living trusts, revocable trusts, charitable trusts, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, advance medical directives and all ancillary documents. When a revocable trust is requested, we do all of the funding (transferring the client's assets into the trust).

Estate & Trust Administration

Estate or Trust Administration occurs after a person has died. We do not handle Probate matters. We do handle Trust administration. We assist the successor trustee of a Trust with all steps and procedures to comply with the terms of the Trust. This includes preparation of Deeds to transfer Trust real property to beneficiaries.
Family Law

We offer a limited range of family or domestic services including premarital agreements, martial settlement agreements, uncontested divorces, step parent adoptions and private placement adoptions.


If you have a spouse, child or other family member with mental and or physical disabilities, you may need to be appointed Guardian and Conservator for that person. Once appointed, a Guardian has custody of the disabled person and has the responsibility for his/her health care. A Conservator has control of the disabled person's money and other assets and has a duty to spend the money for that person's best interests. A Guardian and Conservator is entitled to be paid a reasonable fee for his/her services. We only accept uncontested Guardian/Conservative cases where there is no dispute about the need for same, and the client has obtained a medical opinion that the person in need of services in incapacitated.
