Attorney Fees & Costs
There are different ways we bill for our services.
(1) A fixed fee. For most of our estate planning services we charge a fixed or flat fee. These fees can range from $500 for a simple will to $5,000 for a fully funded living trust plan which includes the trust and all funding, pour over will, power of attorney and advance medical directive for the client and spouse.
(2) For Trust Administration we usually charge an hourly rate of between $350 - 400 an hour. The rate will vary depending upon the complexity of the case and client resources.
(3) Family Law cases. For uncontested family law service, we usually charge a fixed fee of $1,000 for a divorce and $1,500 for an uncontested adoption. A Premarital Agreement is around $900. The rate depends on the complexity of the case and the client's financial resources.
